INDIVIDUAL THERAPY


Individual Therapy is a collaborate process whereby a therapist and a client develop goals for the client and for their time together. The therapist works to create a safe space for the client to process and understand life events, current stressors, historical pain and wounding, as well as interpersonal dynamics in family relationships and friendships. The therapeutic space belongs to the client and the work of the therapist is to walk alongside them in their journey of discovery, and growing in insight and awareness of one’s self and others.
